If you’re 18 to 21, living in Coventry and not in education, employment or training right now, Pathways Plus is for you — and it’s completely free. Also known as the Youth Trailblazer, it offers tailored support, skills development and career coaching to help you build confidence and move forward.
It’s not about being told what to do. It’s about working out what you want and getting the backing to go after it.
What you’ll get
Pathways Plus is shaped around you. You’ll get one-to-one support, the chance to build skills that matter, and career coaching from people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Whatever’s been getting in the way, this is a fresh start with a plan attached.
